Report according to British tabloid are claiming Arsenal is on the verge of losing right-back Hector Bellerin to Manchester City as the Spaniard is palling to turn down the Gunners £100,000 Per Week offer.
However, if reports making the rounds are anything to go by, then we should be expecting the Spaniard to face the exit door at the Emirates in the upcoming summer.
As per Squawka, it claimed the Bellerin who’s won four tackles this season with a success rate of 40%. He has made 16 interceptions, 14 clearances and two block wants to reject Arsenal’s new deal to reunite with Pep Guardiola at the Etihad Stadium.
Also, there’ve been report according to The Times claiming the Spanish manager has made signing a new full-back a priority and chooses Bellerin for his pace and defensive skills to strengthen the back-line for the Citizens.
Bellerin has been a key player for Arsenal since 2013 and recently emerged as the Premier League’s best right-back. Arsenal rewarded for his brilliant and outstanding performance by increase in his wages to £50,000 Per Week.
Arsenal would be willing to double his weekly wages should he agrees to a contract extension with the Emirates outfit.
His former youth set-up club Barcelona are also said to be interested in his services which in thus, Guardiola would be facing keen competition from Barcelona in the signing of the Spaniard should Arsenal wasn’t able to tie him down.
