[3-4-2-1] Arsenal vs. Brighton: Arsene Wenger Provides Team News Ahead of Premier League Clash

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed the latest team news ahead of Sunday’s English Premier League encounter with new boys Brighton.

The North London club have some injury concerns to prominent first team players with Germany international midfielder Mesut Ozil ruled out, having already been ommitted from international duty, and serious doubts over France international defender Laurent Koscielny.

The Arsenal vice-captain has been battling with an Achilles problem and this is presently causing him issues.

Wenger confirm German Mesut Ozil will not be available for selection on Sunday, and that the playmaker will only be out for a very short-term. He said the player is not far from a return, but he is not fit enough for selection on Sunday.

The French tactician also confirmed the club have a doubt about defender Laurent Koscielny, unfortunately and the center back will have a last minute test on his fitness tomorrow. He confirmed it is an Achilles injury.

The manager said everybody else is expected be available for selection on Sunday. He however confirmed Sead Kolasinac had some problems, but he will be available for selection.

Nigerian international forward Alex Iwobi is doubtful, having missed the last few matches with injury, and the North Londoners will be seeking the maximum three points.
