Manchester United have reportedly made contact with the agent of one of the English Premier League’s biggest players about a possible summer move.
As per the Manchester Evening News, United have touched base with the camp of Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin and asked to be updated about the player’s plans in the coming weeks.
MEN suggest they’ve been informed by sources close to the right-back that Manchester United are keen, and this follows a number of recent rumour over the Spain international’s Arsenal future.
Long labeled as one of the brightest youngsters in the game, it would be little shock if he felt the need to leave for a bigger challenge at the end of the campaign.
While the MEN claim that the 22-year-old defender is committed to his existing Arsenal deal, which runs out in 2023, as per Transfermarkt, there has been rumour that he’s considering a move before then.
CaughtOffside were recently told that the defender had talked of a desire to leave Arsenal within the next season or so to pursue a new course.
