If Arsenal are going to end this season on a high, then Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez must be kept fit for the the second half of the season….
Sanchez has heaped high praises on his team-mate Mesut Ozil, stating that he Ozil is a great player and everyone knows.
Between them, they have scored 22goals and provided up to 17 assist in all competitions for Arsenal this term. Considering 16 of these goals have come in the Premier League, and the whole team has scored 36, that’s pretty good going if you ask me
Speaking head of the game against Everton, Sanchez said.
“I feel very comfortable playing alongside him,” said Alexis.
“He has great vision and there’s no need to praise his great first touch because everyone knows about it.
“He is a quality player and he is willing to win all the time. He wants to prove his quality in every game and every training session. That makes him special. He is a World Cup winner with a winning mentality, and he is still eager to win more.”
It’s good to hear that Alexis is comfortable alongside Ozil and, hopefully, at the club, with negotiations over a new contract ongoing.
