Jurgen Klopp is pushing for Liverpool to sign Arsenal transfer target Dani Ceballos, who impressed for Spain as he played a key role in the glory in the European Under-21 Championship.
But the 22-year-old is not in Zinedine Zidane’s plans for the new season and Real Madrid are open to offers. Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham are all in the race to sign Los Blancos midfielder and have registered their interest.
Liverpool’s interest stems from Jurgen Klopp’s admiration of Dani Ceballos and the German thinks the midfielder could offer the same dynamism he was hoping to get from summer arrival Naby Keita. But the Reds are only looking to sign Dani Ceballos on a permanent deal, while La Liga giants are keen to include a buy-back clause.
Arsenal are hoping to secure a loan move for Dani Ceballos as they have a £45 million budget this summer and Unai Emery is looking to improve several areas of his team.
