Arsenal boss Unai Emery sees Ramsey as surplus to requirements, but the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United and are eager to poach him.
Liverpool were believed to be leading the transfer race, but the Daily Mail suggests Juventus are set to make the first transfer move. The 27-year-old is free to discuss to foreign clubs in the New Year as his current deal runs out next summer.
