There are loads of contracts that needs to be signed at Arsenal as so many players and even Arsene Wenger are running out of their current contract.
According to a report cited by Arsenalnewsreview, Arsene Wenger has agreed a new two-year contract with Arsenal.
We doubt the veracity of this report, but it went further to claim a meeting was held between Arsene Wenger and the board two weeks ago and a consensus was reached that the French tactician should continue at the helms for Arsenal.
Wenger is in the final year of his contract but should this report be true, a lot of fans will not be pleased because the longer Wenger remains at the Emirates, the longer we may wait to win any title as he has lost his tactical ingenuity.
Arsenal were top of the table a little over two weeks ago but two defeats now looks like we are not in the title race anymore as we are nine points adrift of Chelsea on top.
Wenger has done well no doubt, but its time to give way for a younger manager who would bring a new tactics and probably bring out the best in the players.
And I hate to be the one to break depressing news like this.
