The signing of Lucas Perez and the sudden form of Theo Walcott has seen the need for certain fringe players in the striking department to seek for an exit.
As per reports from the DailyStar, Yaya Sanogo will be transfered to the French Ligue 1 side Saint Etienne, and they are graciously waiting to see him join them as the January transfer window is around the corner.
The 23-year-old, whose future at the Emirates stadium remains uncertain, is yet to play for the first team this season. If reports from the England are to be taken seriously, then he could be set for a move in January.
However, we are not certain if it is a permanent switch or a loan move.
Yaya Sanogo went on loan to Ajax where he made five appearances, but he failed to deliver. Sanogo’s loan move was terminated in January and he was later sent to Charlton.
Saint-Etienne are currently at the ninth position on the league table, with 11 goals.
