Arsenal have had a €30m offer for Cengiz Under rejected by Roma according to Calciomercato.
The same outlet also report that the Giallorossi are set to hand Under a new deal amid reports of growing interest from the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Bayern Munich
Roma are planning to offer Under a new contract before January with Bayern reportedly preparing a big offer and Arsenal as well as City monitoring the situation.
Under joined Roma in the summer of 2017 for a €13.4m fee which is a record for a Turkish international leaving the Super Lig.
The 22-year-old does have another four-years remaining on his current deal and the issue is not the length of contract but the wages.
