Premier League giant Arsenal are ready to get a massive triple injury boost for their encounter against Everton with defender Laurent Koscielny, midfielder Aaron Ramsey and Chilean Alexis Sanchez expected to return.
France international defender Laurent Koscielny sustained a muscular injury during Arsenal‘s 2-1 defeat at Watford on Saturday while Welshman Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez missed the encounter with thigh and hamstring problems respectively.
The Gunners win streak was ended by Watford, who came from behind to inflict the loss, and manager Arsene Wenger will be keen for his side to return to winning ways when they visit the Goodison Park on Sunday October 22.
The Frenchman has been battling with an Achilles problem since last campaign and it needed daily management, but his latest problem was suspected to be calf injury. While the latter two on the treatment table list returned with minor knocks following their National team commitments. But the French tactician is also likely to have considered their mental strength after both Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez sustained disappointing defeats that saw Wales and Chile miss out on qualifying for the nest summers FIFA World Cup.
As per London Standard, the three stars will not be risked by the boss for Arsenal’s UEFA Europa League match against Red Star Belgrade on Thursday night, but should all return to full training ahead of their visit to Goodison park at Merseyside to take on Ronald Koeman’s team.
