Massive Boost ! – Coquelin And Perez To Start In Arsenal’s 4-2-3-1 Line-Up On Saturday

Arse Talks brings you latest update on Arsenal news from top media sites like Daily Mail, Metro, The Express, The Independent, The Telegraph, SkySports and so on.

Arsenal have been handed a major boost as two of their player return to squad. Francis Coquelin and Lucas Perez have reportedly returned to full training as they continue their respective comebacks from injury.

The Frenchman had been absent from Arsenal our lineup since picking up a knee injury in the Gunners 3-0 win against Chelsea at the Emirates last month.

The initial thought of everyone was that the Frenchman would be out of the squad for the rest of 2016, however, scans showed that this was absolutely not the case.

According to Mirror, Coquelin is likely to be fit in our match against Swansea but it remains to be seen if the manager Arsene Wenger will throw him back in at the deep end. Our summer signing Granit Xhaka has been starting in his absence so I think Wenger would probably be to continue the Swiss international partnership with Santi Cazorla.

Lucas Pérez, £17m summer signing from Deportivo La Coruna, could also make his return back to the club on Saturday. Wenger has not been using him very often since he made his move to the club in the summer.

However, given the fact that he bagged twice in his last appearance, the 4-0 EFL Cup win at Nottingham Forest, he will be desperate to play some game against the Saints on Saturday.

Less, however, is known about the fitness status of either Olivier Giroud or Aaron Ramsey. Neither had returned to full training by this weekend, and while they were both pencilled in to be part of the Swansea match, it seems unlikely that Wenger will fill the matchday squad with that many returning players.

That’s assuming Giroud and Ramsey would even be fit enough to play some part in the game.
