Rome Set to Host Arsenal Vs. Benfica Europa League clash

Arsenal will lock horns with Benfica in the Italian City of Rome in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League last-32 tie.

The United Kingdom government has placed quarantine restrictions of people coming into UK from Portugal.

The regulations caused UEFA to move the Europa League encounter between Arsenal and Benfica.

Rome has been picked, with the match to go ahead at Stadio Olympico on February 18, 2021.

The return leg will also need to be re-arranged, with Portuguese side Benfica barred from entering the United Kingdom.

Athens is being touted as a potential host city for the clash on February 25.
