Currently the longest serving manager in the Premier League, Arsene Wenger still looks like he need to change his technics a bit.
According to reports, He has consulted former Manchester United player David beckham to pick up his brains and that of Ferguson apparently.
Becks spoke to Wenger about the thing he missed most about playing – the dressing room camaraderie.
And it left to Wenger concluding that team spirit is the one thing that can help his side get back to form.
Arsenal have lost back-to-back Premier League games and need a reaction ahead of today’s clash with West Brom.
Wenger said: “There is a special thing that happens for a football player in the dressing room.
“I spoke with David Beckham about that recently. I asked him if he missed it since he retired.
“He said, ‘Football I can play every day because I am invited to all the charity games but I miss the dressing room, a sense of being together and fighting together’.
“Every player responds individually to criticism from the crowd or on social media.
“Some are more affected than others.
“But what is most important is the strength you find within yourself to respond, and that strength is something you can find inside a united dressing room.”
