Despite the loads of fixtures for Arsenal in this festive period, there’s usually the tradition of at the club.
The tradition is that of a dress Christmas party but Petr Cech and Laurent Koscielny has advised Arsenal to cancel the ceremony given how angry fans are with their performance.
This decision follows back-to-back Premier League defeats to Everton and Manchester City, which have left the Gunners nine points behind league leaders Chelsea.
Koscielny and Cech feels that they would look unconcern to the fans if they are found partying instead of working hard on their form
Some Arsenal stars have still been out together for some more low-key events, but there won’t be a repeat of last year’s outing in fancy dress.
We face West Brom on Boxing day and the boys are condemned to bounce back from a back to back defeat, and Janury looks a fairly generous month in general in terms of fixtures.
Arsenal also have home games against the likes of Crystal Palace, Burnley and Watford, plus trips to Bournemouth and Swansea City.
