According to reports in the Sun, Premier League side West Ham United are interesting in landing Miguel Almiron and hope new signing Fabian Balbuena can help the club beat London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur to the signature of this Paraguayan MLS superstar.
The 24-year-old star is in hot demand, especially in the English top flight, having netted 12 times and assisted 13 this year for Atlanta United. As per the report, Spurs were leading Gunners in the race to sign the attacking midfielder.
However, West Ham United keen on getting the Paraguayan playmaker. They are going to use the help of summer recruit, Fabian, to do it. The Hammers’ management are readying themselves to pay £25 million for the 24-year-old.
West Ham United have Argentine midfielder Manuel Lanzini possibly out for this campaign and the injury to Ukraine international Andriy Yarmolenko has compounded issues.
