La Liga giants Real Madrid would re-sign Arsenal attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil if he can perform like he did against Leicester City for the remainder of this season.
That is according to former Arsenal forward and Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson.
Former Germany international put in a sublime performance for the north London giants in their 3-1 win over Leicester City on Monday.
Mesut Ozil netted the first goal to equalise for his club, starting the move in his own half before an exquisite finish.
The 30-year-old star then played a big part in Gabon international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s second-half brace, including laying on the assist for the former Borussia Dortmund player’s second.
