Crystal Palace have reportedly shortlisted Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck as a transfer target for the upcoming January window.
The Eagles have recorded only eight points and scored eight goals from their opening 11 matches in the Premier League, and it has left manager Roy Hodgson to consider possible additions at the midway point of the season.
According to The Sun, Crystal Palace hold an interest in signing Danny Welbeck with the 27-year-old having less than a year left on his contract.
The north London club are yet to offer the England international fresh terms, and a decision should be made on the unsettled star’s future before the end of 2018 with the Gunners unlikely to be content with allowing Danny Welbeck to leave for free.
