Italy’s top tier, Serie A duo AC Milan and Juventus are reportedly preparing to go head-to-head for the signature of Arsenal central midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Ramsey will see his current contract with Arsenal expire at the end of this campaign, and it is understood that the Wales international will depart from the Gunners on a free transfer in June 2019.
Premier League trio Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool have all been connected with moves for the midfielder, who has netted 59 times in 341 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions.
However, according to football news Italian website Calciomercato, the strongest interest is currently arriving from Italy, with Juventus and AC Milan battling to sign the 27-year-old contract rebel.
Aaron Ramsey reportedly met with Arsenal’s officials over the weekend to learn why the Premier League giants had decided to end contract negotiations.
