As per Don Balon via talkSPORT, North London club Arsenal could replace goalkeeper Petr Cech with Barcelona safe hand Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Arsenal are thought to be looking for a new goalkeeper, but La Liga giant FC Barcelona are likely to decline such interest which could halt the move.
Ter Stegen joined Barcelona back in 2014 from Borussia Monchengladbach, for about £10million. His value now double that figure, although the claim states that the Gunners may struggle to convince Barcelona into accepting any offer.
He’s won two league titles and a UEFA Champions League with FC Barcelona, and the Gunners are reportedly very interested in bringing him to the Premier League as a result.
