FC Barcelona winger Jose Manuel Arnaiz is already being linked with Premier League giant Arsenal.
The youngster joined Barcelona’s B side from Valladolid in the summer transfer window, but is already being strongly linked with a transfer abroad.
According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo via the Mirror, the Gunners have made an enquiry for the 22-year-old winger and are considering coughing out his £17.8m release clause.
His brilliant form earned him a call-up to FC Barcelona senior team for their Copa del Rey first leg game against Real Murcia. He netted one of the goals in a 3-0 victory.
It will be hard to think that Arnaiz will leave Barcelona just few months after he joined them.
Arnaiz played 35 matches for Valladolid last term, netting 12 goals and catching the attention of scouts from Barcelona.
He made the move for £3million. If the Gunners are interested in the starlet, they will have missed out on a good bargain price.
The starlet signed a three year deal with Barcelona and his buyout clause could double should he pen a new one, as per Mundo Deportivo.
