Premier League giant Arsenal are considering a transfer move for Brazilian youngster Alan Guimaraes – but face stiff battle from Real Madrid.
That is according to US news outlet Sports Illustrated, which claim that Real Madrid have agreed a verbal deal with him but Arsenal are hopeful of luring him to the Emirates Stadium instead.
Merseysider’s Liverpool and Jose Mourinho’s Untied are also believed to be interested in the Palmeiras star.
In other Arsenal news, England international Jack Wilshere may just be 25 but he is already planning for his post-playing day career, as reported by Mirror Football’s Hamish Mackay.
The Arsenal star finished the FA’s Level Two coaching badge last campaign and is now doing his UEFA B license.
Jack Wilshere spent 2016/17 League season away on loan at AFC Bournemouth and explained he first commenced doing the coaching badge training because the Cherries’ lack of continental football meant he had more than enough time on his hands.
