According to a report by Diario Gol, French Ligue 1 giant Paris Saint-Germain are keen on bringing in Real Madrid star Marco Asensio to the French club after having failed in a bid to do so this recently shut summer transfer window.
The young Spain international was promised regular first team football action at Real when the League season started, but the return of Portuguese Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has seen the young Asensio fall down the pecking order of the first team again. The Spaniard turned down atleast one offer this past summer.
It is said that French Ligue 1 giant PSG, who are still after Marco Asensio, made a bid amounting to over 120 million euros and it also involved the transfer of German Julian Draxler to La Liga Champions Real Madrid. The European Champions aren’t willing to sell Asensio and the player himself wishes to become a club legend at the Emirates.
The interest in the player is still there and it is believed that the Parisiens will come back with another offer at the end of the season, with the Gunners also told to be interested in buying Draxler’s signature.
