Arsenal are yet caught up in the web of been linked with several European players as the January transfer window draw closer.
Former Tottenhma boss Harry Rednapp has urged Arsenal to Chelsea legend John Terry, claiming that the former England international could win the elusive League for Arsenal.
Terry, 36, has struggled with injuries this season and has only made five league appearances for Antonio Conte’s side but the former Tottenham manager believes he could still do a job for Arsene Wenger in north London.
Redknapp also believes the ex-England captain would aid the development of John Stones in central defence for Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
‘Do you want to win the league? I tell you what I’d do: go take John Terry for a season,’ Redknapp told talkSPORT.
‘Play him at the back with Stones… Stones would learn so much off of playing with Terry week-in week-out, absolutely, educate him.
‘Arsenal [could] take him, he could win the league for Arsenal, he could win the league for anyone.’
Redknapp is confident Spurs’ centre-backs are up to standard but suggested Manchester United would also benefit from bringing Terry to Old Trafford.
He added: ‘Tottenham don’t need him, they’re fantastic their centre-halves, they’re strong at the back. But certainly Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United.
