On Thursday morning, Arsene Wenger revealed that Sead Kolasinac sustained a small hip injury while representing Bosnian national team ahead of Arsenal’s English Premier League clash with Watford.
The 24-year-old left back was stretched off at half time in favour of Dario Dumic during Bosnia’s 2-1 FIFA World Cup qualifying victory over Estonia on Tuesday night.
Fortunately, the hip problem does not look to be serious as the defender was in training on Friday.
The German has been dipping in and out with a knee problem since Arsenal’s goalless draw away to Chelsea, which meant he missed Germany’s FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Northern Ireland and Azerbaijan.
Danny Welbeck sustained a groin injury against Premier League Champions Chelsea at the Bridge in September. Arsen Wenger claims the 26-year-old has recuperated faster than expected.
