Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has hinted of delving into the transfer market during January having failed to sign a single player during past window.
The Argentine is keen to add depth to the attacking line-up, and he may have found the perfect player for Spurs.
According to reports, Spurs have made a formal offer for top Arsenal target Cengiz Under.
The report adds that in recent weeks, there were ‘talks of an offer’ from Spurs for AS Roma forward and the north London club have offered around £52m for the youngster.
Rai Sport has reported that the 21-year-old could soon be sold to Tottenham.
Back in 2017, Mauricio Pochettino’s team showed a keen interest in signing Turkish forward, but they failed to strike a deal as he moved to Roma instead for a fee in the region of £11.7 million.
